Submission Guidelines
COMPONENTS FOR SUBMISSION
Participants are required to prepare the documents below and upload them to the registration link provided in the Notification of Acceptance email:
- Abstract
- An Abstract must be in one paragraph only and consists of 250-400 words.
- The Abstract must be written in English. It must be free of spelling errors and grammar mistakes.
- An Abstract contains a Background, Problem Statement, Objectives, Methodology, Novelty, Benefits to Society etc.
- The template can be downloaded below:
- Extended Abstract – Optional if interested for publication in e-Proceeding with e-ISBN number. The Extended Abstract will also be available online via the NIICe2022 website.
- NIICe2022 will publish the Extended Abstract in e-Proceeding with e-ISBN number. Participants are given an option to submit an Extended Abstract of 5-10 pages describing their work.
- The full paper must strictly follow the template below and contain Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, Results & Discussion, Conclusion & Recommendation and References.
- Figures or tables must not exceed 50% of the whole contents.
- The submitted articles will be reviewed by two reviewers. Only accepted articles will be published in the e-Proceeding.
- The participants are highly encouraged to proofread the Extended Abstract before submission.
- Template of Extended Abstract
- Video Presentation
- Content: Background, Problem statement, Objectives, Methodology, Findings, Contribution to Society and Project Demonstration.
- Evaluation: Use for evaluation by the jury.
- Criteria of evaluation: The content to be evaluated is as stated in the content point.
- All wordings on the presentation must be clear and large enough to read.
- Presenters should be visible in the video presentation.
- Provide the logo of organization in the video.
- The video duration is 5 - 7 minutes.
- Rename your video using the format: NIICe2022 (Project ID) - Title of Project.mp4 and provide the YouTube link of the video. For example, NIICe2022 (M001) – Smart Traffic Monitoring System
- Video needs to be uploaded on YouTube and the presenter needs to submit a YouTube link to the video presentation. The video will be featured on the NIICe2022 website.
- Poster
- Content: Background, Problem statement, Objective, Methodology, Findings, and Contribution to Society.
- Purpose: Will be used for jury evaluation and display purpose to online audience.
- Poster size: A3 (297mm × 420mm); Orientation: Portrait; Format: *.pdf; Maximum file size: 4 MB
- You may design your poster or follow the template below:

- Supporting documents (if any and necessary) such as Copyright, Patent, IP, Commercialization, Letter of Intent or Academic Paper.
- Fee Proof of Payment
- Upload Proof of Payment and rename the receipt using the format: NIICe2022 (Project ID) - Title of Project. For example: NIICe2022 (M001) – Smart Traffic Monitoring System
